On regrettera l’absence de l’espagnol comme langue mais ça reste un dĂ©tail (allez, juste pour taquiner un peu).

les modules se trouves dans le dossier /modules du zip, et il faut les dĂ©placer vers « votreboutique/modules »
ensuite pour les installez, faut aller dans >admin >modules >trouvez les modules dans la liste « blocktopmenu se trouve en première position » >cliquez sur installer >ensuite voir la capture « hook.gif » pour bien les positionner dans >admin >modules >positions

Amazing template, congratulations! One little bug I think I’ve found: it’s impossible to translate « search… » label in search box in top menu. Translation appears correctly in back office, but remains in english in FO Âż?

je vois que tu as le mĂŞme souci avec le theme « Moon », tu bosses en local ou en ligne?! c’est peu ĂŞtre le serveur qui n’est pas compatible avec Presta!! ou y a eu un bug au moment de l’upload des fichiers!!
le mieux c’est de bosser en local dans un premier temps, pour Ă©viter les alĂ©as des configs serveur, et de voir si ça tourne bien!! sinon essaies aussi de vider le cache de Presta dans « boutique…\tools\smarty\compile » supprimer tout les fichiers sauf (index.php) ensuite refaire les manips dans l’admin

Je l’ai installĂ© mais trouve un probleme: les produits ne sont pas affichĂ©s. Par example, sur la home page, si je clique sur un produit, la bonne URL s’ouvre mais lĂ oĂą devrait s’afficher mon produit, j’ai un contenu blanc.

quand on click sur Home ou bien acceuil la page categorie.php s’ouvre avec toute les categories en affichant le mot (VOIR) en francais pour toutes les langues J’ai pille dans touts les fichiers tpl et traductions sans resultat (voir) ne change pas en (open) ou bien (details) en englais

très bonne remarque!! oui y’avais un bug dans le fichier « themes/matrice/categorie.tpl », je viens de de le corriger
donc tu as le choix entre tĂ©lĂ©charger de nouveau le thème, et replacer le fichier. sinon, tu vas a la ligne (35) et tu remplace le mot « voir » par « {l s=’View’} », ensuite dans les deux, regardes s’il faut faire les traductions

J’ai remarquĂ© quand on ajoute des modules comme ‘Parrainage’ par ex., la mise en page n’est pas bonne.
On a la colonne de gauche (catĂ©gorie, compte etc…) qui passe sous le module parrainage (qui lui prend 100% de la largeur) au lieu d’ĂŞtre a gauche et a droite la page referral.
J’ai cherchĂ© mais peux tu m’indiquer si c’est gĂ©rĂ© dans le global.CSS ou directemnt dans le fichier referralprogram-program.php ou .tpl

c’est pas une question de version, la dĂ©mo en ligne tourne sur la 1.2.5.0, j’ai dĂ©jĂ rencontrer ce problème sur des serveurs privĂ©s!! il a fallut retirer le thème du serveur et l’uploader de nouveau

En effet j’ai le mĂŞme problème que Krin , j’ai essayĂ© de rĂ©installĂ© le thème comme vous me l’avez suggĂ©rĂ© mais sans succès.
J’ai toujours une page blanche Ă la place du produit comme sur le lien de Krin.
Mon hĂ©bergement est mutualisĂ© chez 1and1 et j’ai la dernière version 1.2.5.0 de prestashop.
Auriez vous une autre idĂ©e de la provenance du problème car si je laisse le thème d’origine de prestashop tout semble fonctionner.

Bonsoir, en fait j’ai un problème identique Ă celui d’Elisa ou du moins le rĂ©sultat est similaire, et j’ai bien essayĂ© la solution ci-dessus mais rien n’y fait. Sur les pages categories, le nom de la catĂ©gorie et sa description ne s’affiche pas. Ce qui a pour rĂ©sultat de crĂ©er un dĂ©calage dans les div placant les produits avant la colonne de gauche. Bonjour, toutes mes excuses je ne suis qu’un gros nigaud. Il n’y a aucunes div mal placĂ©es ! Alors si ca peut aider, si on crĂ©e une catĂ©gorie avec des sous catĂ©gories pour chaque produits se trouvant dans une sous catĂ©gories il faut egalement dans le catalogue cocher sa catĂ©gorie mère pour ne pas se retrouver avec un grand vide a cĂ´tĂ© de la colonne de gauche.
Par contre j’ai bien un problème avec le nom et la description des catĂ©gories et des sous catĂ©gories qui ne s’affichent pas. Et si je remets le fichier natif category.php du theme presta, ca fonctionne mais je perds une partie de la mise en page.
En tous cas merci pour toutes ces contributions gratuites qui en plus d’ĂŞtre rĂ©ussies ont le mĂ©rite de ne pas nous faire consommer bĂŞtement !

J’aime beaucoup ce thème !
Mais en l’installant, deux petits soucis Ă vue de nez…
Les photos « scènes » apparaissent dans la colonne de gauche et non pas dans la partie centrale.
Et quand on installe le module payement Paypal API, il est aussi dĂ©calĂ© Ă gauche au lieu d’ĂŞtre au centre.
J’ai essayĂ© de changer la place dans Positions de l’Onglet Modules, mais rien n’y fait…
Si vous pouvez me donner un coup de main, ce serait super sympa !

I have installed a clean version of presta and it is working fine with the default theme but when I change to matrice theme only the home page is working. When you click on cart there is no cart, login is the same and also cannot see products. I am not sure what I have done wrong but would love to get this working please could you see at link

Good theme, but it seems for me that there is small error. When quantity is greater then 1 then white square will be shown in product image in category list. You can check it in demo. I guess it is stock status and it happens only in category list.

I am from The Netherlands (Pays Bas) and my French is nout so good. So I am trying to stick to English while I will try to explane what my problem is. I used your theme to test the possibilites of Prestashop and Themes / Tempate options.
Your theme looks NICE! I love it!
But….. There seems to be a problem with some parts of the translation. I have it translated to Dutch, and customers are able to choose English language or Dutch language. But the search section still shows search… instead of the Dutch translation: zoeken…
The same thing with the Payment steps, untill step 4 everything goes well, untill I come to the step of choosing my method of payng my order after being logged-in.
I see the two options I have selected in the Back Office:
* Paypal (translated to Dutch correctly)
* Bank Wire (!! Shows up in English!!)
After picking my way of paying the order as a customer, the next step s translated in Dutch again (like it should). But after confirming the way of paying (Bank Wire), the confirmation page (last page with the payment details) comes in English again.
How to fix that?
Any idea? Please let me know!

I still haven’t found any kind of solution to fix this problem I discribed n my post yesterday. I did discover new bugs. The New Products, Specials and BestSellers all show up with a transated (Dutch) title, but the product options are in English??! Any help would be very much apprieciated! I am even willing to pay money cash dollar dollar or euro blls (LOL) by Paypal just to get it fixed, cause I really would like to start testing the shop at full capacity. So Kamel or anybody that is able to help me, please, please contact me or reply, and I will pay $/€ for help!

Je me joins tout d’abord Ă toutes les fĂ©licitations ci-dessus : ces templates (Black and white avant) sont très esthĂ©tiques, très Ă©lĂ©gants…
Par contre, novice que je suis, j’ai du mal Ă les installer correctement, les blocs sont un peu tous cassĂ©s… Quand je regarde le Hook, cad la capture de la configuration des modules, je vois devant les modules des flèches pour dĂ©terminer l’ordre des blocs et leur affectation Ă une colonne… Je n’ai pas ça sur mon prestashop tout neuf 1.3.1.
Comment on gère ça ? (Je pense que je ne suis pas le seul Ă regarder ce pb comme une autruche qui a pondu un oeuf carrĂ©…)
De plus, les noms anglais des 3 modules sont traduits en français, et j’ai des doutes sur les bons modules Ă activer

hi kamel! thank you so much for this beautiful theme. i am a web developer and one of my customer loved the matrice theme.
a little problem here;
after i check-out and pay with paypal, i receive strange message from paypal like;
« The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount. »
it happens only the decimal points of the total amount has value like: TOTAL AMOUNT = $22.43 etc.
it works fine without errors when the decimal points are zero value like: $22.00
any idea what might cause the problem?

also on payment steps; the links underneath « NEXT » is in capital and in gray box, but « previous » is not.

je suis en train de bidouiller un peu avec l’excellent thème Matrice, et suis tombĂ© sur un petit bug avec la fonction « accessoires », dans cet onglet les produits sont automatiquement marquĂ©s « new » et « On sale », mĂŞme si les produits ne le sont pas. VoilĂ , je voulais juste le signaler.

Tout d’abord je vous dis merci pour les templates fantastiques que vous faite… J’ai telecharger le template MATRICE et pour l’installe je l’ai mise dans le dossier themes de prestashop au serveur. mais lorsque je vais dans le panneaux d’administration pour le choisir, il n’apparait pas et je ne sais pas pourquoi.

I was also having the problem of « search… » not being translated. I’ve made it to work editing modules/blocktopmenu/blocktopmenu.tpl file.
I’ve changed all occurrences of {l s=’search…’} to {l s=’search…’ mod=’blocktopmenu’}
In other words, I just added the mod=’blocktopmenu’ part to the end.

A quick one. I notice when you reload the site, that the topmenu loads in it roar state in the top left before rendering the css. I have a lot of categories and this looks terrible… Is there a solution to this at all?

Bonjour et merci pour votre travail. j’ai un petit souci avec le thickbox des cgv Ă valider au moment de la commande.
Il semble que la classe cms ne convienne pas: le texte est coupĂ© Ă gauche et il n’y a pas de dĂ©filement vertical. La class RTE convient comme dans le theme prestashop d’origine mais Ă ce moment lĂ , c’est l’affichage des cms qui ne va plus…. Au secour, j’ai tout essayĂ©.

Bonsoir Kamel et merci pour votre travail, je rencontre le mĂŞme problème que certains autres, la page d’accueil est impeccable, j’ai eu un souci d’affichage avec la page produit et catĂ©gorie (header, breadcrumb et page blanche), le fait d’enlever le errors.tpl du thème permet l’affichage nickel des catĂ©gories et produits. Il reste un problème d’affichage pour la mise en panier, le voir du panier et le identifiez vous qui mène Ă©galement sur une page blanche sauf header, breadcrumb.
Je sais que votre temps est prĂ©cieux, mais si vous avez la solution, je pense que cela fera beaucoup d’heureux et pas mal de pub pour vous.

En premier lieu félicitation pour ce très beau thème.
Le seul problème que je n’arrive pas Ă rĂ©soudre concerne l’alignement des sous-catĂ©gories qui sont positionnĂ©es Ă gauche au-dessus de la colonne des menus et que je n’arrive pas Ă dĂ©caler dans la page centrale au-dessus de la liste des produits.
Ce problème a Ă©tĂ© Ă©voquĂ© par Idzwan en juillet et je me demandais qu’elle Ă©tait la solution.

Je rencontre un problème : en renommant le fichier « errors.tpl » du thème permet le bon affichage des catĂ©gories et produits, cependant il reste un problème d’affichage pour la mise en panier, le « voir » et le « identifiez vous » mènent sur une page blanche.

Je cherche de jolis themes gratuits prestashop depuis quelques jours et je n’ai toujours pas trouvĂ© mieux que les tiens! Graphiquement c’est du bon travail
J’ai essayĂ© d’installer le theme « matrice », j’ai installĂ© les modules supp, respectĂ© l’ordre dans le hook, ensuite j’ai intĂ©grĂ© le theme, mais rien n’y fait, j’ai une boutique sans design, ne s’affiche que la structure…
Je me rappelle qu’en installant le theme des doublons de fichiers sont apparus et j’ai toujours choisi le plus rĂ©cent, mais sur les 300 et quelques seulement 270 ont Ă©tĂ© installĂ©s. MalgrĂ© plusieurs essais, l’opĂ©ration se rĂ©pète Ă l’identique.
Aurais-tu une idĂ©e d’oĂą vient le problème stp ?

Very nice theme, I really like it.
But I have one problem with « Quantity discount » in product layout in Mozilla. Other browsers view this element correctly but Mozilla move content of « Quantity discount » to the right top poisition – out of layout. This problem I see in other themes like Elements, Black and white. When I looked for solution I found only this link

(le mĂŞme que soulevait Dama James le 20 septembre) : Au niveau du menu dĂ©roulant, les sous catĂ©gorie s’affichent mais passent derrière le slideshow. Le problème ne se pose pas sous firefox.

Pepito, you have to log in to your administration panel and go to Modules tab. Find there « Home text editor » module (it is one of the Tools) and check whether it is active or not.If not clik on red cross to turn it on. Then go to Position of modules and make sure that this module is set as part of Homepage content.

Si on active cette option, tous les libellĂ©s sont en anglais, lors des Ă©tapes « Choix de lamĂ©thode de paiment » et « Confirmation de votre commande », alors que l’Ă©tape RĂ©capitulatif de commande » apparait bien traduite en français. J’ai pourtant regardĂ© dans le BO/traduction, mais je ne trouve pas… pouvez vous avoir la gentillesse de m’Ă©clairer ? Merci d’avance et belle journĂ©e !

I have a problem: when I install, the Special Module is not in the little section it should be like the Top Sellers and New Products.

Il suffit que tu remplaces les images appelées 1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg dans le répertoire theme/matrice/module/editorial/images.
Attention a la taille de base elles doivent faire: 890×300 pix.

Hi Hazel – I »m not an expert, but you can open a tpl with wordpad or notepad (I prefer wordpad). Go into windows explorer, right click on the file, choose « open with » and select the program this helps.

-Supprime tes produits phares dans la position Homepage content, et greffe a la place Editeur de page d’accueil v1.5.
Dans configuration tu as tout pour créer ta page.

Puis revenir dans le BO, et modifier dans l’Ă©diteur de texte.

This theme is awesome! As a web designer, I was spending more time learning to create a template for prestashop than focusing on starting my business. This theme saved me a ton of time and matches my design style as well. I was wondering though, do you have any idea how the next version of prestashop (one page check out for example) will affect this theme? Are there plans to port this over to 1.4 or is it easier to just make new 1.4 themes?

Thank you for this lovely theme and for providing it free of charge. The only challenge I am facing is that it is difficult adding other modules to the homepage to display products. They end up disorganizing the pages. I have tried MGC Carousel and some others and they would not just fit in.
Is there something I am missing please?

Pour ceux qui ont des questions basiques sur l’utilisation d’un thème Prestashop (changer le slide, une image, ect) je vous conseille de vous rendre sur le forum de Prestashop afin d’apprendre et comprendre comment et oĂą modifier ses fichiers pour avoir le rĂ©sultat voulu. Sans vouloir vous vexer, vos questions ne sont pas sur le thème lui-mĂŞme mais sur le rĂ©el fonctionnement de Prestashop et je doute que le talent crĂ©ateur de ce thème puisse faire la hotline sur Prestashop
Pour le fond de site, comme le demandait Lasse, voici une solution (je me suis arrachĂ©e les cheveux pour avoir un fond d’Ă©cran ! ^^) :
Modifier le fichier global.css, ligne 12 :
body {font-size: 11px; margin: 0;padding: 0; background:url(’../img/votre_background.gif’) top center repeat-y; height: 100%;width: 100%;}
Et créer une image de 1920px de largeur avec votre fond/motif + un centre blanc de 970px.

Je suis sur la 1.2.5 et chez OVH, j’ai Ă©galement le problème de la page blanche. L’affichage s’arrĂŞte en après la barre horizontale sous le menu, avant d’afficher le fil d’ariane.

1. with the product images. When there are multiple images for the same product, the slider does not work. And selecting the item on the drop down menu does not work either.

De mon cotĂ©, je chercher Ă supprimer les … lorsque le nom d’un produit est trop long, ceci dans les pages catĂ©gories et sous-catĂ©gories
J’ai modifiĂ© le nombre 20 après la fonction truncate dans product-list.tpl , ais ca ne change rien. d’ailleurs, lorsque je supprime ou renomme product-list.tpl, mes produits s’affichent toujours. bizarre non? ou alors je me trompe totalement d’endroit? la je vais le chercher dans /theme/matrice/page-list.tpl
je vide bien sur le cache.

Je bloque un peu sur plusieurs points sur ton template:
- le fichier tpl qui sert à afficher la liste des produits dans une catégorie est bien: monsite.com/themes/matrice/product-list.tpl ? (quand je le modifie ou le supprime, mes produits sont toujours affichés)
- Je n’arrive pas Ă voir la description de catĂ©gorie, ou meme l’image liĂ©e Ă une catĂ©gorie sur les pages listes.

Mais voici mon nouveau soucis.

DesolĂ© Kamel, mais en effet c’est bien expliquĂ© dans l’install.txt.
Mais les modifs que j’effectue dans votreboutique/themes/matrice/modules/editorial/editorial.tpl ne sont pas prises en compte. J’ai juste rĂ©ussi Ă changer les photos en remettant 4 photos du meme nom que les prĂ©cĂ©dentes. Et je vois dans firebug que meme la taille n’est pas bonne. Je pense que presta ne va ps chercher les infos dans ce fichiers. Question : j’ai installĂ© presta avec tous les modules fournies. L’erreur ne serait -elle pas la?

le fais d’avoir installer des modules n’a aucune influence sur le comportement du thème, l’installateur du thème va sĂ©lectionner et greffer que les modules utilisĂ© par le thème importĂ©
par contre faut penser a activer l’option « forcer la compilation » dans >admin >prĂ©fĂ©rences >performances > forcer la compilation, mettre sur « OUI »
si ça reste sur « NON » tu ne verras aucun changement!! et tu es peu ĂŞtre dans ce cas de figure…

Après l’avoir testĂ© sous prestashop 1.4 je reporte quelques bug :
1- sous firefox lorsque l’on vide la panier on a une page blanche, le panier ne se rafraichi pas automatiquement ( avec la mention votre panier est vide, on doit rafraichir manuellement pour avoir la page votre panier est vide).
2- sous IE 8 et 9, quand on clique sur catégorie on a un message :
Il y a 1 erreur :
01.ID de catégorie manquant
Alors que sous firefox les liens catégories fonctionne nikel.
3- quand on ajoute au panier un articles sous IE, il ne s’ajoute pas on arrive directement a la page, rĂ©capitulatif de votre commande, votre panier est vide.
4- petite erreur de traduction quand on est loguĂ© en haut a droite (nom prĂ©nom –> mon compte –> dĂ©connexion) au lieu d’avoir Ă©cris MON COMPTE on a MONMONCOMPTE.
A noté que mon prestashop 1.4 fonctionne parfaitement sous mon thème actuel.

Love the Matrice theme, but I’d like to customize it. Where do I change the text on the cart block (left column and header) to read « Basket » instead of « cart » – I’ve changed the English language translation in back office, but it doesn’t seem to change the text in those two areas.

Idem pour la version 1.4…le glisser dĂ©poser du dossier dans thème est inefficace, car le backoffice ne le dĂ©tecte pas, idem lorsque j’Ă©ssaie de l’installer avec l’import de .zip.

1. if reduce the quantity on the shopping cart summery page, the page goes to blank. If i switch Ajax off then it works ok.
2. if i click on My Account the Left column is not visible. Its a long process to go through your account. You have click Back to account.

Non, c’est pas un problème d’installation mais un prb sur l’archive Zip (en tout cas sur Mac OsX). Tous les fichiers apparaissent dans le mĂŞme rĂ©pertoire avec le nom du dossier devant le nom du fichier… Ex : modules\blocklangcurr\blocklangcurr.php

Tout d’abord, merci pour ce template que je suis en train de mettre en place sur prestashop 1.4.0.17. J’ai dĂ©jĂ montĂ© une petite boutique en ligne pour une amie avec un autre de tes templates.
Avec Matrice, j’ai un lĂ©ger souci qui a dĂ©jĂ Ă©tĂ© Ă©voquĂ© par Cosmin prĂ©cĂ©demment. Lorsque dans mon BO je valide l’option url simplifiĂ©e, les liens CMS en bas de page du site ne fonctionnent plus ! Si quelqu’un sait d’oĂą vient le problème, je veux bien votre explication.

J’ai visiblement le mĂŞme problème que Nicolas (11 avril) : le back office ne m’affiche que le thème par dĂ©faut de prestashop, que je passe par la mĂ©thode import du .zip via le back office ou par la mĂ©thode copier/coller du dossier dans le dossier « theme » de la boutique.
Je suis sur Mac osX, et utilise MAMP.

First, great theme, exactly what I was looking for! One problem I can’t figure out with this theme and prestashop 1.4. How do you get the mafacturer.php file to list all of the manufacturers? I have well over 100 manufacturers and when I go to /manufacturer.php it states « no manufacturers » although I have all of them enabled. Plus, the manufacturers are listed in the left column. Any ideas as to go about making this work? Thanks in advance!

First of all thank you for your efforts, this theme is simply superb!
However I’m facing one issue. There’s a disorder starting with my-account.php, history.php and cointinuing with all my account pages till discount.php all of these pages are being shown disorientated, not in a place where they suppose to be but on the very left, like they would be assigned to left column.
With previous version (for 1.3.x) this would have been solvable by inserting into .tpl files but this doesn’t seem to be working anymore.

Hi the 1.4 version has hacked by Hieloiceberg in one of the files?! When downloaded and unzipped files are not in folders, and file names include path names with backslashes.
yes marko, I had exactly the same problem, all unzipped files were not in folders, and name with backslashes, I guess you are on Mac OS 10.6.6 or higher, you should unzipped with The Unarchiver, it works perfectly then.

I would like to ask you, I have a shop where I would like to display the sub categories in the left nav (The best option would be to have a extend or open feature to see subcategories). I have installed you theme and I can just see the upper category not the subcategories. Do you have an idea about how can I do it?, should I have to install some extra module?.

I’m running the very latest version of Prestashop v1.4.1.0 and have installed the theme (successfully according to the Prestashop software) but cannot see it in Themes to be able to activate it. Should it work properly under v1.4.1.0 or should I re-install Prestashop with v1.4? Is there something else I need to try to get this theme to show in the list so that I can select it? I followed your instructions and went with the defaults but no luck so far. Hope you can advise.

Tried installing this theme on PrestaShop v 1.4.1 but can’t see the theme at all. My guess is that it does not work on the new version. Would you create this theme to support v1.4.1?
Today I validate the theme matrice for Prestashop 1.4 version in link and the results are that You have to call the pages using the getPageLink method

J’ai cependant un problème avec le post-paiement via Ogone. La page « order-confirmation.php » ne s’affiche jamais. J’ai comparĂ© les deux « confirmation.tpl » qui sont appelĂ©s, l’un dans le thème d’origine et l’autre dans le thème matrix, ils sont très diffĂ©rents.
Je ne suis pas dĂ©veloppeur mais il me semble que order-confirmation.php ne trouve pas le bon chemin vers confirmation.tpl. J’avais, dès le dĂ©part, renommĂ© mon thème « matrice » en « matrice-bis » pour sauver une copie vierge, le dossier thème placĂ© sur le serveur s’intitule donc « matrice-bis » est-ce que ça serait l’origine du mal ? Tous le reste fonctionne. Prestashop version 1.3.4.0 – matrice 1.3.1 – OVH mutualisĂ©.
Merci de rĂ©pondre je dois passer en production le plus vite possible … avec un paiement en ligne qui fonctionne …

Now I want to update to Prestashop 1.4 but would like to keep the old Matrice theme with my additons.What do I need to change to the Matrice 1.3.1. files to be compliant with Prestashop 1.4?

I had the same problems with « bad configuration file ». I unzipped the theme and installed it manually. When I installed the modules i had to fix one of the XML-files for that as well. I think I have it pretty much up and running now.

I have got a problem with the installation of the theme. I unzipped it and moved it to my sever. But when I go to Back office I can’t see it as a new theme, but somehow my shop has changed. It’s not completely like in your demo. I’ve got a thick white bar on my screen. Is it because I haven’t uploaded a photo for the slide screen?
And I don’t exactly now what to do with the « doc » folder.
I’m completely new to everything, so I don’t know how things work. But I’m learning every day.

J’ai mis Ă jour ma boutique 1.3.7 vers 1.4.1 et donc changĂ© le thème (j’ai rĂ©installĂ© tout le thème et remis quelques images).
J’ai quelques pages comme « Mon compte », « Historique de vos commandes » et d’autres, qui ont un problème, car la barre de gauche avec les catĂ©gories, liens etc. n’est plus lĂ , donc tout se dĂ©cale.
Sur certaines pages comme « Vos adresses » quand je veux ajouter une nouvelle adresse de livraison, la barre existe mais se trouve en dessous du contenu de la page donc tout est dĂ©calĂ©.
Je tiens à vous remercier aussi pour ce thème et ces modules gratuits qui facilite grandement la vie de certains développeurs

1. Pour rajouter l’item « Ă©puisĂ© » (comme « new ») sur un produit quand il est Ă©puisĂ©, il faut ouvrir product-list.tpl et aller Ă la ligne :

A la suite, ajoutez ceci : {if isset($product.quantity) && $product.quantity == 0}{l s=’Epuise’}{/if}
Vous avez maintenant un item « Ă©puisĂ© » quand un produit a un stock 0.
2. Pour corriger le bug des items rayés : ouvrir le fichier product-list.tpl et allez à la ligne suivante :

J’ai installĂ© le thème matrice sur la version 1.4.2.5 et j’ai rencontrĂ© quelques soucis :
- Le slider ne s’affiche que si l’on sĂ©lectionne dans les prĂ©fĂ©rences smarty 2 au lieu de smarty 3
- Les traductions sont partielles notamment pour le module « bloc information client » en haut de page qui reste systĂ©matiquement en anglais, idem pour le module « newsletter » ou encore les liens « View » et « cart » du module ‘homefeatured ».
Sinon super thème, très agréable à prendre en main.

1. dans « module editorial » j’ai modifiĂ© les fichiers prod.css, editorial .tpl et remplacĂ© les images 1,2,3,4 dans le dossier IMG.
2. le smarty config est bien sur « force compil: true » et « caching: false »
Résultat : le textes sont modifiés, mais les images et le css restent les mêmes.
Il y a une semaine, les modifs d’images sont apparues après 24 heures mais le css modifĂ©, jamais;
Ici, j’attends les modifs des images et du css depuis trois jours …
Quelqu’un aurait eu quelque chose de semblable ?

Cependant je dois ĂŞtre blonde car je ne parviens pas Ă trouver oĂą personnaliser le slideshow.. il n’apparaĂ®t pas dans la liste des modules…il faut directement toucher aux fichiers?
Sinon je suis sur Prestashop 1.4.3 et il fonctionne Ă merveille !
For those of you having trouble updating the text in the caption of the slider…. go to Preference, Performance and select « Force Recompile’ and disable ‘Cache’. You should be able to see the changes to your caption now. Once you’re done developing the website, change the settings back.

Je viens d’installer Matrice sur PS 1.4. Tout fonctionne correctement sauf Editorial. Il apparait dans les modules, mais correspond Ă celui d’origine. J’ai rĂ©ussi Ă changer les photos, j’ai fait les modifications de performances pour le changement de txt. N’y aurait il pas une possibilitĂ© plus simple pour ces modifs ?

I’ve been so happy with this theme and everyone has commented how great it looks..thank you. I would love to offer one page checkout but nothing appears when I do. I’m waiting to hear back from Prestashop in case its a module i need to install… but I wandered if it was an issue with the theme? If you could let me know that would be great, and if it is the theme if anyone knows of a way I can fix this, I’d really appreciate it.

Hey, thank you so much for this awesome theme. It works like a charm except for one small issue. After choosing the payment method lets say if one selects Google Checkout. On the next screen the Order Summary appears on the left of the commitment image instead of appearing below it.

I know the the file is /www/modules/blocktopmenu/css/superfish-modified.css.
I did change the color and the style for HOVER and ACTIVE but I can’t find where to change the color of the selected category.
It works fine on the categories block on the left panel, when a category is selected, the color and style are changed

Is there anyway to change the « productscategory » (display products from same category) at the product page to have sliding effect (similar to your element theme link 1 ?
It should be somewhere in module productscategory.tpl , but it is too complicated for me to edit. And I also notice that there is modified productscategory.js in the theme modules folder, but somehow the theme is not using it. Why?

Merci pour votre thème gratuit, je viens de l’installer tout va bien mais j’ai un petit soucis que je n’arrive pas Ă rĂ©soudre par moi mĂŞme (j’ai parcouru le forum de prestashop et tous les post ci dessus sans rĂ©sultat) voila quand je rentre mes articles dans catĂ©gories et sous catĂ©gories pas de soucis mais quand je retourne dans ma boutique les photos sont en première page mais lorsque je click sur catĂ©gorie plus rien, elles n’y apparaissent pas la page ou devrait ĂŞtre les photos est vide ni photo ni descriptif.
J’ai essayĂ© la solution de renommer ou supprimer le dossier errors.tpl mais si je le fait c’est une page blanche total qui apparait.
Auriez vous la solution?

Un autre soucis important il m’est impossible de changer autre chose que le slider dans matrice, si je veux changer les informations concernant le paiement ou autre comme les indications fournies avec le thème, dès que je veux rectifier les infos par exemple dans order-steps.tpl impossible j’aide un aide mĂ©moire qui s’ouvre et rien d’autre ….
Pareil pour les CSS impossible de toucher quoique ce soit au code.
Auriez-vous la réponse à mon problème???

Je me permet de poster de nouveau car la solution pour les images qui ne s’affichent qu’une seconde dans les catĂ©gories est de dĂ©sactiver le bloc navigation Ă facettes.
Pour l’accès aux CSS et autres c’est moi qui n’avait pas percutĂ© qu’il fallait juste que je change le mode d’ouverture des fichiers …

in the DIV id = »commitment »
- To remove : put this DIV into comment brackets
- To edit : use Prestashop translation module (admin -> tools -> translation). Choose « front office translation », your language, and look for « order-steps » section.

I downloaded and installed the newest 1.4 version, but there seems to be quite a few alignment issues. Like the checkout area over flows and forces the left menu down. Is there a fix for this?

1. turn on the Force Compile and turn off Cache on back office/preference/performance/smarty
2. edit to <!–{$product.description_short|strip_tags|truncate:130:’…’}–>
on modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.tpl
but , there still is « products description » .

Bonjour Kamel et tout d’abord bravo pour ce magnifique thème. Une question cependant : il semble qu’il y a un problème avec les attributs couleurs dans votre thème. En effet, nous proposons une dĂ©clinaison de couleurs importante, mais quand on passe la souris d’une couleur Ă l’autre sur la palette, il y a comme une saute d’image, un dĂ©calage. C’est Ă dire que lorsque je passe la souris sur une couleur, un cadre noir vient entourer la couleur crĂ©ant ainsi la saute en question.
Avez vous une idée ?

Tim, I had the same problem, but I have found a solution.
You must go to admin site then to translation, then choose module translations and there find editorial and translate it — > write your own text, only in that way it works for me. I`m from Poland so I`ve chosen a polish lanuage for translation and that`s it.

I tried to change the editorial.tpl you mentioned several times with my own links, but without success I have this problem only with the new version of prestashop (1.4.4.1) and the new matrice theme. I also run a shop with 1.34 and the older matrice theme and changed the editorial.tpl without any problems… and it works there… but not with the newer versions
Thanks for this theme. I have the same problem like « to ED » in the new version of prestashop (1.4.4.1), I tried differents solutions during hours. But the text can’t change.
I change all the words in « editorial.tpl » and I delete all the text, but there is no change in the page, it’s still the first « Lorem ipsum ».
In other way in the page the text is generate inside the div « home_slideshow_violator » >> « project-caption », not the same like in the original editorial.tpl.

L’installation s’est bien dĂ©roulĂ© hors mis un bug d’affichage, en effet, l’overview des produits apparaĂ®t 2sec au centre lorsque je clic sur une rubrique pour disparaĂ®tre ensuite et laisser place Ă un espace blanc au centre du site.

J’avais postĂ© un message en anglais mais dĂ©cidĂ©ment ce sera plus facile en français.
Juste pour dire que j’ai enfin rĂ©ussi Ă rĂ©ecrire le texte du slideshow. Je me suis rendu compte que le problème ne venais pas du slideshow mais que je ne pouvais modifier aucun fichier .tpl ni rien d’ailleurs (css etc…).
Le problème viens du fichier smarty.config.inc.php qui est plaçé dans le dossier CONFIG.
Il faut remplacer ligne 42 + ou – $smarty->force_compile = (bool)Configuration::get(’PS_SMARTY_FORCE_COMPILE’); par $smarty->force_compile = true;
Et tout marche correctement, on Ă©dite tout simplement le fichier matrice/modules/editorial/editorial.tpl et on change le texte et les liens.

Bonjour, je m’avoue imbĂ©cile et peut-ĂŞtre n’ai-ja pas aperçu de post Ă ce sujet tellement le fil de discussion est long finalement… Mon souci, dĂ©butant avec ce thème : ou changer textes et images du slideshow de la page d’accueil ?! Quand je vais dans l’Ă©diteur, rien n’est clairement proposĂ©, faut-il modifier un ficher en vĂ©ritĂ© ? Ou est-ce que je loupe un bouton de rĂ©glage quelque part… Bref suis un peu dĂ©routĂ©, sinon pour le reste pas de souci ! Le thème est nickel chrome ! Merci beaucoup !
Cependant je crois avoir trouvĂ© en allant directo dans la racine, j’ai au moins les images et suppose que c’est un des fichiers Ă modifier pour les textes, avec les prĂ©cautions habituelles Ă prendre. Mais ce qui paraĂ®t bizarre tout de mĂŞme c’est de ne pas avoir accès aux modules du thème via l’admin PrestaShop…
Et j’ai finalement trouvĂ© pour le texte, avec le fameux .tpl…
Pour les textes, il faut aller dans Traduction > module slider, je sais plus exactement, mais ça marche comme ça

J’ai deux petites questions concernant ce theme, je remercie celui qui saura y repondre.
1-Dans les fiches produits, la colonne de gauche (qui commence avec le panier) descend, et passe sous la phrase « Nomdelacategorie. Il y a 3 produits ». Comment faire pour qu’elle reste en haut, comme dans les autres pages? J’ai bien tente de mettre une margin-top:-5 (interdiction de rire), ca marche, mais mon panier se retrouve sur le banner dans les pages qui au paravant marchaient. Il semble donc que des que l’on se trouve dans une fiche produit, la colonne de gauache s’aligne au niveau du filtre de tri…
2-Toujours dans ces fameuses fiches produits, J’aimerai suprimer l’image contenue dans le div.list_product (L’image qui rappelle dans quelle categorie l’on se situe)
Un grand merci a quiconque se penchera sur mon probleme.

Hi. Great theme! Love the design. The stock quantity is not showing on my product pages. I have turned on inventory and display stoc in back office, but the stock is not showing. Only the text displayed when in stock is displayed. Not the actual stock quantity. Am I doing something wrong?

I need your help. I’ve uploaded the theme and modules to their specific folders butthere are a few problems regarding some modules that should appear on the left column, like Categories or Newsletter. You can check its state at link .
I have also followed the instructions on the hooks issue and still got problems. De-activated and reuploaded those modules and still nothing changed.
I am looking forward to receive a solution to this. Maybe you can tell me how to « reset » the theme… i don’t know. Any solution is wellcomed.

J’ai une petite problème, j’ai installĂ© la thème, mais je n’ai pas des carreaux (celle de catalogue) sur la page d’accueil. J’ai essayĂ© de rĂ©installer la thème, mais je me retrouve avec la mĂŞme problème. Alors, comment je retrouve ces carreaux des produits sur la page d’accueil??
Et quand j’essaye d’activer les autres modules avec la mĂŞme fonction, ils se mettent sur toutes les 3 colonnes et pas sur la centrale et celle de droite.

J’ai installĂ© Prestashop 1.4.0.17, Aucun problème avec le formulaire de contact.
J’ai installĂ© le Thème MATRICE, Problème avec le formulaire de contact.
En fait ça ne doit pas ĂŞtre grand chose mais il faut que je trouve d’oĂą ça vient.
Quand quelqu’un (ou moi-mĂŞme…loguĂ© ou non en client) passe par le formulaire de contact, j’ai bien un mail qui arrive (la personne aussi) mais il n’y a rien du tout dans le mail…un mail vide.
D’oĂą cela peut-il bien venir ?

C’est un peu gĂŞnant de re-contacter la personne pour lui dire qu’il y a eu un problème et qu’il faudrait qu’il me renvoie le mail.
Petite précision.
- Personne inscrite (mais non loguĂ©e) ou visiteur ==> mail vide et c’est tout.
- Personne inscrite et loguée ==> mail vide mais message dans compte client et fil de discussion ouvert.

Quand quelqu’un veut payer, il sĂ©lectionne Paypal ou Chèque…jusque lĂ tout va bien mais ensuite, la page de paiement est blanche (quelque soit le mode de paiement)

J’ai des personnes qui s’inscrivent sans forcĂ©ment commander, du coup je ne vois mĂŞme pas que j’ai des inscrits en plus.
Il y a un moyen d’ĂŞtre prĂ©venu par mail…mĂŞme un mail avec juste « 1 nouvel inscrit sur objetsbois.com » suffirait.
J’ai le module Alertes email v2.2 par PrestaShop d’activĂ© mais je ne reçois un mail que quand il y a :
-Nouvelle commande
-Hors stock
VoilĂ , pas mal de choses (des petites choses)…si c’Ă©tait rĂ©glĂ© ce serait vraiment un truc gĂ©nial

Je donne les indices, on ne sait jamais si quelqu’un a le mĂŞme problème.
Pour le problème 1…il suffit de tĂ©lĂ©charger l’archive originale de prestashop (dans la version de la boutique), de rĂ©cupĂ©rer le rĂ©pertoire MAILS, de supprimer le rĂ©pertoire MAILS sur le serveur pour y mettre celui de l’archive….problème rĂ©glĂ©.
Pour le problème 2…il suffit de tĂ©lĂ©charger l’archive originale de prestashop (dans la version de la boutique), de rĂ©cupĂ©rer le fichier HEADER.PHP, de supprimer le fichier HEADER.PHP sur le serveur pour y mettre celui de l’archive….problème rĂ©glĂ©.
Reste le problème 3…je n’arrive pas Ă trouver de solution

I have problem with slideshows. I can change the images 1.jpg, 2.jpg etc. like in your instruction, but I can’t change the text and link on the right of the slideshow. I edit the file editorial.tpl, but it doesn’t make effects on the website. Can anybody help me? I use PrestaShop v 1.4.4.1

2. About the footer cms, « Powered by Prestashop » I changed as you mentioned in doc>copyright_screen.gif. But not work. I chaged all the word Prestashop to my shop name,but does,t work.

to Everybody with problems with footer
footer.tpl is reacting fine with changes to it.
the reason is caching.
log in to your back office go to preferences > performance >
and switch on in box smarty: forse compile and switch off cache.
that should do the trick! after that switch them again and your ready to go!

Bon après quelques recherches, je me suis rendu compte que cette page blanche apparaissait lorsque je modifiais le texte présent dans le fichier order-steps.tpl
J’ai seulement traduit les textes « Secure Payment », « Quick Delivery », « Respect Privacy » et « Contact » pour qu’ils soient en français.
J’ai traduit direct dans le fichier tpl, vous pensez que le problème peut venir de lĂ ? Y a t’il un moyen de tout laisser en anglais dans le order-steps.tpl et de traduire ça ailleurs.
VoilĂ j’espère que j’en aurai aidĂ© certains, si d’autres ont la rĂ©ponse Ă ma question je suis tout ouĂŻe

@Gerry: I had the same problem with Paypal. And indeed the answer is above but there were some mistakes in the text. And after searching and searching, I’ve found the solution:
This is the original code in the beginning of paypal/confirm.tpl:

I made reinstal store, install again and I have the same again. I chose somethin wha did I create, not this one include in package, and on dte top I have for example:
category have 4 products,
but I see only one, or nothing.
Can anyone help me?
Installed theme and works great, just two issues:
1. All my product images are blank. If I switch themes it works, but going back to Matrice they go blank.
2. Shopping cart does not display items until you refresh page. Unlike demo when you click add to cart, it does not take you to cart.

I had installed this theme for my client, my client likes this theme very much. I am not a theme developer. I can understand codings however I did not know how the theme addon works or interact with.
I have a problem with ajax loader in the categories > products name, once I clicked on the pagination like page 2, a big ajax loader shows and keep looping. And so it do not able to direct me to the page that I wanted.

Le thème est très bien. Je rencontre cependant un problème avec l’outil de traduction du module editorial en français comme dans les autres langues. Je rempli les champs avec le nouveau texte, mais l’enregistrement ne s’effectue pas. Bien que la page affiche « mise Ă jour rĂ©ussie ». Les modification marchent pourtant bien dans l’autre sens, je peux en effet changer le texte de base dans le code du module directement sur le serveur et il s’affiche avec ces changements dans l’interface de trad.
Je pourrai changer directement le texte en dur mais j’aurai alors un problème de trad et en plus les caractères spĂ©ciaux ne s’affichent pas correctement.
Cela fait des heures que je tourne en rond !

Hey there. I fell in love with the Matrice, however I have a issue with the theme which I cannot change.
When adding a item or items into my cart, when viewing my cart it displays several headings which are – Secure Payments, Quick Delivery, Respect Privacy and Contact. I need to edit these but I cannot find where to edit this. The page which pops up in my URL bar is a page called order-opc.php.
Any ideas?

J’ai un problème avec les articles qui apparaissent dans les « accessoires » ils sont tous indiquĂ©s « en soldes » alors que je n’ai pas cochĂ© la case solde sur la fiche article et en plus ils apparaissent en TTC alors que tous mes prix sont HT et parfois le texte apparait barrĂ©, sur la version de dĂ©mo il y a le mĂŞme bug. J’ai juste une question concernant une adaptation toute simple mais qui ne fonctionne pas chez moi; j’essaie de changer le nombre de produits par ligne sur la home, pour passer de 4 Ă 3. Pour ceci j’ai modifiĂ© le fichier home_featured.tpl dans le dossier du mĂŞme nom dans les modules du thème Matrice, mais sans succès (aucun changement). J’ai pourtant modifiĂ© correctement la variable et forcĂ© Prestashop Ă recompiler le site et vider le cache. Sans succès…

Bonjour, je viens d’installer ce thème que je trouve vraiment très beau dans sa simplicitĂ© … mais (il y a toujours un « mais » !) il est annoncĂ© dans l’installation des modules d’avoir un module appelĂ© « Blocs des liens dans le pied de page », mais j’ai beau fouiller dans tous mes fichiers, il est introuvable !! J’ai une version 1.4.5 de Prestashop. OĂą puis-je me le procurer, c’est le seul absent Ă l’appel, tout le reste est parfait !!

Hello. This is a very nice & different template. Unfortunately I have had a major headache how to change the Lorem Ipsum text at the javascript two days now but have not get a solution. I have changed editorial.tpl, cleares cache, enabled force compile and still nothing. I also changed manually the smarty config file with no result. It is presta 1.4.6.2 platform. I would appreciate much if you could have any idea.
Problem solved the hardway. Probably this is a problem of presta cache. Maybe not the best way -since I am not a web geek- but surely very efficient. BEFORE installing the theme edit the Lorem Ipsum etc text inside the zip installation file (inside the editorial folder).
